Welcome! We’re excited to share our products and bamboo rod making classes with you. To keep everything clear and fair for both you and us, we’ve outlined our Terms of Service below. By placing an order or registering for a class, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Participate

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a class or purchase from our website.

2. Class Registration & Payments

  • A $750 deposit is required to reserve your place in a class.

  • The remaining $2,000 balance is due 90 days before your class begins.

  • If payment isn’t received by then, your reservation may be cancelled.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our classes are intentionally small, cancellations are handled as follows:

  • 6+ months before class start date: You’ll receive a full refund.

  • 3–6 months before class: You’ll receive credit toward a future class or merchandise.

  • Within 3 months of class: The deposit is non-refundable.

For product purchases:

  • All sales are final unless there’s a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

  • During bamboo rod making class weeks, shipping is paused and resumes right after class.

  • While we do our best to ship quickly, we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Safety & Liability

Our classes involve hands-on work with tools and materials. By joining, you accept responsibility for your own safety and agree that [Your Business Name], its owners, and instructors are not liable for accidents or injuries.

6. Intellectual Property

All class materials, manuals, and product designs are the property of [Your Business Name]. We kindly ask that you don’t copy, share, or resell them without permission.

7. Updates to These Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
