Refund Policy
We kindly ask that all returns be sent back in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Please note that we reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return, as well as to make the final decision regarding any claims of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item may be defective, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
Class Refund and Cancellation Policy
We keep our classes small so every student gets plenty of personal attention. Because of that, it can be hard to fill a spot if someone needs to cancel on short notice. To be fair to all, our policy is:

A $750 deposit secures your spot, with the remaining $2,000 balance due 90 days before class begins.

If you need to cancel 6 months or more in advance, we’ll issue a full refund.

If you cancel 3–6 months before class, we’ll happily give you credit toward a future class or merchandise.

If you must cancel within 3 months of your class, the deposit is non-refundable.
